**We're on a search for a Staff Mobile Developer with the following attributes**:

We are currently hiring a **Staff Mobile Developer **as we work to create a driven and entrepreneurial team that is enthusiastic about identity, decentralization, and technology.

**What you'll do**:

- Create mobile experiences for multiple products that build bridges from Web2 to Web3 world
- Own all aspects of our mobile architecture
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Web, and Back-end engineering teams
- Work cross-functionally and cross-geography in a distributed team environment
- Mentor other engineering team members
- Contribute to team and organizational improvements in process and infrastructure
- You have 10+ years of commercial experience in Web/Mobile development
- You've spent the last 5+ years developing mobile products
- You are an expert in one or more programming languages
- You are an expert in React.js and React Native, ideally using TypeScript language extensions
- You have experience with iOS and Android native development using Objective-C/Swift or Java/Kotlin and bridging it with React Native
- You have a solid understanding of back-end engineering concepts and API design

**Bonus points if**:

- You have experience in cryptography
- You have worked with blockchain
- You have experience in AWS Cloud infrastructure
