Job Description of Drafter

1. Competent in CAD software, such as Micro station 3D CAD software, Building Information Modelling (BIM).

2. Conversant in using one of the BIM review tools such as Navigator, Navisworks Manage, Solibri Office, etc. for clash detection analysis

3. Ensuring that all drawings are accurate and meet industry standards

4. Maintaining a library of standard drawing templates

5. Updating existing drawings as new information becomes available

6. Support site engineers to coordinated Combined Services Model (CCSM) and Structural, Electrical and Mechanical Drawings (SEM) and Combined Services Drawings (CSD)

7. Writing related technical documents such as material lists and cost estimates.

**Requirements**:
1. Certified drafter from recognised institution.

2. Minimum 1 year experience in M&E drafting

3. Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. Working with engineers and other professionals to produce drawings that meet project requirements

4. Willing to work outside of prime office hours as required.

5. Self-motivated and Service oriented. 6. Able to work independently with minimum guidance.
