We are a small tech company working in a regulated fintech environment and specializing in web3 services, including trading, custody, staking, and blockchain-based solutions tailored for traditional financial and web3 clients. As part of a lean tech team, you will have a significant impact on shaping our platform, solving complex problems, and contributing to the evolution of fintech and blockchain technology.

Our tech stack is modern and cloud-native, leveraging **React**on the frontend, **Node.js**on the backend, and a serverless architecture hosted on **AWS**(S3, CloudFront, ECS Fargate, Lambda, Redis, RDS with PostgreSQL). We integrate with banks, blockchain explorers, and centralized crypto exchanges via **APIs**and **WebSockets**, ensuring robust security, performance, and scalability.

**Role Overview**

We are looking for a **Full Stack Developer**with a passion for fintech and web3 technologies. You will work across the entire stack, building features that enhance our business teams and clients' experience while optimizing for security, performance, and scalability. This is a hands-on role that offers the opportunity to shape our architecture and influence strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate closely with a small, agile team to create features that meet user and business needs.
- Integrate with third-party APIs, blockchain explorers, and crypto exchanges.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment and testing.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in fintech, blockchain, and web development.

**Requirements**:

- **3+ years of professional experience**as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in **React**, **Node.js**, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with **AWS services**(e.g., Lambda, ECS Fargate, S3, CloudFront, RDS, Redis).
- Familiarity with containers (Docker), serverless architecture and microservices.
- Experience with APIs and WebSockets for real-time data processing.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
- Understanding of blockchain technology and web3 concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- A passion for user experience.
- English fluent

**Nice-to-Have Skills**
- Experience working with financial systems or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with authentication protocols like OAuth or JWT.
- Python
