**Job description**
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing contents, such as photographing products, edit in Photoshop and post updates on social media;
- Manage marketing databases and customer relationship management platforms;
- Manage workflows with external vendors and agencies for the various purposes;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and execute marketing efforts, create website posts based on articles shared by doctors, etc;
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, Whatsapp and respond to Google reviews;
- Provide administrative support for company event and activities;
- General office administrative responsibilities, and
- Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of relevant experience;
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms;
- Strong interpersonal skills and good oral and written communications to interact with colleagues and clients;
- Good organizational and time management skills, attention to details;
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and new technologies; and
- Good team player.
