**Job Overview**

We are looking for a proactive and creative **Marketing Executive**to assist in executing marketing initiatives that highlight Blue Star Tech’s expertise in advancing carbon technology solutions that drive sustainable progress across industries. This role will focus on supporting the implementation of marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and driving engagement across various channels to contribute to our sustainability goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Developing Marketing Strategies**: Creation and execution of marketing campaigns that promote our carbon technology solutions and services, aligning with the company’s objectives.
- **Industry Event Support**: Managing and coordinating Blue Star Tech’s participation in industry events, conferences, and webinars to connect with key stakeholders and potential clients.
- **Content Creation**: Produce and improve on marketing materials such as case studies, brochures, blog posts, presentations, and social media content to effectively communicate our sustainability solutions.
- **Campaign Tracking & Reporting**: Monitor and track marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize strategies and improve results.
- **Brand Reputation & Client Engagement**: Promotion of our company’s brand by communicating our commitment to sustainability and assisting in building strong client relationships.
- **Regional Marketing Alignment**: Ensure regional marketing efforts are aligned with global strategies while addressing local market needs and sustainability challenges.
- **Market Research & Insights**: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and industry best practices to support marketing strategy development.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the energy, sustainability, or environmental sectors.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, as well as content creation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Passion for sustainability and a desire to make an impact in the environmental sector.
