**Functional Consultant**:

- Strong Banking domain knowledge
- Basic understanding of customer onboarding process across Banking domain is essential
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM is good to have
- Single Point of Contact for all functional related aspects External (clients) and Internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with Clients and Product platform/domain consultants to ensure business requirements are captured and transformed as per expected deliverables
- Run workshops with clients/ project stakeholders, internal team and Technical team to analyze business requirements and design solutions
- Ability to collaborate with technical team to understand completeness and feasibility of requirement
- Review As-is process and business requirement To-Be process flow and user stories
- Work independently to ensure completeness and comprehend business rules
- Align on Product backlog and ensure their mapping to functional deliverables in the system
- Have a complete oversight of test cases and their tracking to product backlog
- Review functional testing results and ensure completeness
- Follow best practices while reviewing business artifacts i.e., TO-Be process flow, Reviewing user stories
- Sound knowledge on MS- PowerPoint, Visio to validate flow diagrams for business discussions
- Review user training document and Oversee / Provide user training
