**Senior Graphic & Web Designer**

**(Full-time, Hybrid, Singapore)**

**What will you be doing?**
- Web design for our company’s website (incl. Page design and WordPress development)
- Web maintenance for our website (such as routine maintenance and content updates)
- Graphic design for the website pages
- Graphic design for all Marketing collaterals (brand identity, landing pages, digital advertising media, social media graphics (static and animated), tradeshow graphics, sales and promotional materials
- UI/UX Design for some of our SaaS Products
- Pardot campaign setup, maintenance and reporting (incl. Marketing campaigns, investor and shareholder campaigns)
- Assist the CEO with designing critical reports and presentations (such as annual reports, board presentations, investor and shareholder presentations and campaign reports)
Proactively identify and suggest solutions to resolve user experience problems and friction points.
- Partner with UI/UX designers, Marketing professionals, Sales and Leadership teams to approach projects with a strategic mindset leveraging insights, tapping into cultural trends and blending design wizardry to deliver creative that is breakthrough and connects with our partners and customers.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders during design and development phases to ensure project goals are met.
- Pitch and present work and be able to clearly communicate concept rationales
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion
- A Bachelor’s degree in IT (or related field)
- Minimum of 12 years' experience in graphic design and web development
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience in UI/UX design
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in SaaS and B2b environment.
- Expert level on WordPress development
- Deep knowledge of web and mobile UX patterns, best practices, and emerging technologies. Understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Solid experience with Pardot campaign design
- Knowledge of fundamental design principles
- Knowledge of SEO and the elements that make a page rank
- Experience working in a global setting and cross-functional collaboration across the globe
- Experience collaborating with and reporting into Senior management and C-Suite management
- Creativity and implementation skills to take a project from conception to completion.
- A strong portfolio of work or ability to demonstrate learned skills.
- A proactive approach to spotting problems and areas for improvement
- Good interpersonal skills, oral and written skills, with the ability to present ideas
