We are looking for a passionate and professional Executive Officer, Product Content to join our Product Planning & Development team.

However, we also recognize that each individual has a unique blend of skills. Whether your strength is in website designing & multimedia/ graphics design, we want to talk to you.

**What You'll Do**
- You will need to execute and implement digital content strategies across all touchpoints
- You will need to implement and manage the product content editorial calendar for the whole financial year to achieve the set KPIs
- You will need to curate and handle product content and video content designing support and collaborate with other divisions for all new campaigns to be launched timely
- You will proof read and edit all content across online and offline channels to ensure accuracy
- You will liaise with vendors to assess latest customer engagement trends in the market and seek new/ alternate means to offer similar to customers within the regulatory approvals
- You will support the sourcing and curation of content for sports betting and horse racing to combat illegal bookmakers and generate gross avenue
- You will assist in identifying, sourcin and implementing creative content solutions to meet the needs of customers
- You will support the process of sourcing, executing and managing contractual agreements in product content department
- You will track the section's contract management process closely to ensure deliverables to customers and other stakeholders with mínimal lapses
- You support the preparation and tracking of the department's annual budget and to ensure the section operates within approved budget parameters
- You will support the administrative function of the content section and ensure all SOPs and processes are updated and adhered to in the course of work

**Who You Are**
- You should at least have a Diploma from a recognized insitution
- You will need at least 5 years of experience dealing with multimedia or graphics or website designing
- You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- You should have interest in the horse racing, sports or lottery industry
- You should have knowledge of microsites, graphics and video creation and editing skills (e.g., Wordpress, Adobe)
- You should be a good team player with a positive attitude
