Recruitment Agency Manager

This position reports to the director directly. Capital Human Resource Management Pte.Ltd. is committed to an employee-orientated, high performance culture that emphasises empowerment, quality, continuous improvement, and the recruitment and on-going development of a superior workplace.**Individual to be involved in**:
1. Proactively driving sales, maximizing revenue, and increasing profit margins. Ultimately increase the profitability and sales revenue of the company.
2. Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities and ensuring that strategy is set and realised by the team.
3. Ensuring that all company operating policies and compliance procedures are adhered to and liaising with the compliance team with regards to audits and best practice methods, where necessary.
4. Full responsibility for the company, including forecasting and the delivery of annual/quarterly budgets.
**Competencies**:
1. Trainee will have a track record as a successful Recruitment Consultant and Manager, within a Recruitment Agency, with a good record of billings into Industrial markets.
2. Trainee will have some experience of leading a team, and will have the ability to motivate staff to achieve targets, objectives and company incentives.
3. Trainee's skills set will include coaching and training of Recruitment Consultants, monitoring performance, managing through day plans, monthly business reviews, client visits, business development etc.
4. Trainee will be adaptable, capable of managing through change and be both customer and team focused.
5. Trainee will achieve good individual sales skills and will have commercial and market acumen, strategic thinking and good planning skills.
