Job descriptions:

- Lead and oversee entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and satisfactory completion within budget.
- Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and plans.
- Foster communication with clients, architects, contractors, workers, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
- Coordinate and supervise project activities, covering design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
- Monitor project budgets, conduct financial reporting, and track costs through forecasting.
- Attend site visits independently and respond to any issues.
- Involved in site measurement, layout plan & selection of material used
- Leading project communication, including liaising with the design, clients, construction, supplier and contractors’ team and ensuring meetings are properly recorded.
- Responsible for sourcing of materials, tools and any relevant categories to ensure smooth handover of project
- Responsible for ensuring logistics with in house general workers is met, to ensure to distribute any work on hand within in house general workers skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
