**Business Analyst
**Responsibilities**:

- **Involved in Business Analysis, Design, UAT and Requirement 's Gathering.**:

- **Managed Clients / Stakeholders Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Support and Consultation.**:

- Responsible for Design, Test, Consultation and Implementation.
- Exercise analytical / strategic thinking for business strategy study.
- Plan and work with department and partners on implementing road map of front-office workflow feature development / upgrades
- Oversee change management to facilitate the users to product adoption and new ways of working
- Manage project implementations with vendors, covering procurement and related administrative issues. Monitor, analyse and troubleshoot front office processes to ensure their smooth functioning.

- **Strong in Business Analysis and providing Consultation work.**:

- **Good in Business Management.**:

- **Involved in managing Stakeholders and Business Users**:

- Fun loving, self-motivation, comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to change, roll-up-the-sleeves attitude and other helpful qualities for a high-growth environment.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
