**Overview**

Kosy Living is a fast-growing interior design and renovation company in Singapore, specializing in residential projects. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented **Interior Designer Drafter** to join our team. In this role, you will transform client ideas into practical design solutions by preparing drawings, 3D visuals, and technical plans, while ensuring smooth project coordination from design to installation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Propose design concepts, space planning solutions, and material selections to clients.
- Prepare layout plans, detailed technical drawings, and 3D visualizations.
- Conduct on-site measurements and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Coordinate with installers and attend site visits during key installation phases.
- Verify product deliveries with the factory before installation.
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to manage special requests and ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist the sales team in understanding client requirements and finalizing design proposals.
- Deliver timely project outputs, including: 2D floor plans, basic 3D renderings, itemized quotations, and technical drawings (e.g., electrical plans)
- Oversee installation coordination and resolve on-site issues effectively.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of relevant experiences with Certification/Diploma in Interior Design.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD** (HDB project experience required).
- Familiarity with **Coohom**, or equivalent design software.
- Completed at least **3 residential projects in Singapore** (portfolio submission required).
- Able to work on **weekends and public holidays**.

**Bonus Points**
- Knowledge of **HDB Renovation Guidelines** (especially Chapter 4.2).
- Experience in **cabinet design and space planning**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
