Service Kitchen Crew (Permanent Part-Time)

**About the Role**:
We are assisting our client, a **cozy café at The Plaza**, to hire a **permanent part-time Service Kitchen Crew**. The café specializes in **coffee, pastries, and a fixed lunch menu**. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a small café environment, can handle busy periods confidently, and is committed to maintaining a clean and welcoming space.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve food and beverages to customers politely and efficiently
- **Plate and prepare**pastries and lunch menu items according to café standards
- Maintain **cleanliness and hygiene**in the café, dining area, and kitchen
- Wash dishes and ensure all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned
- Adhere to **basic food hygiene and safety regulations**:

- Handle peak hours professionally and support smooth café operations
- Assist with other ad hoc duties to ensure daily service runs efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **6 months of relevant experience**in F&B, café, or kitchen operations
- **Basic Food Hygiene Certificate**is required
- Friendly, responsible, and able to **work independently**in a small team
- Able to **handle busy service periods**confidently
- Willing to commit to **long-term part-time work**:

- Available to work **Mondays to Fridays, 10 AM - 3 PM**
