**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Whilst this role is based in Singapore, in executing cross-border transactions, this associate will be expected to work closely with colleagues in other network offices such as Jakarta, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, London, Australia, Paris and PRC.
**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2- 5 years post-qualification experience in Singapore;
- Singapore qualification (English qualification would be helpful but not necessary)
- Strong banking and finance experience;
- An excellent command of English (spoken and written) and Mandarin (spoken and written) would be an advantage;
- Strong transaction management skills;
- An ability to communicate ideas confidently and attention to detail;
- Excellent academics;
- To be a team player; and
- Strong work ethic and a flexible approach to working hours and travel.

Our finance practice in Asia offers our clients a full service across a range of debt products - from general corporate loans, acquisition financing facilities, other syndicated lending through to project financing and restructuring. We are involved on some of the most complex cross-border financings in the region across a variety of sectors, including energy, mining, technology, infrastructure and renewables. We act for sponsors, banks, private capital clients and financial institutional investors and we work collaboratively with other practice groups and offices within the firm to deliver successful outcomes for our clients.
