**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the end-to-end fabric development process to drive innovation and enhance productivity, efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Collaborate with suppliers to discuss raw material provisions and request technical support. Based on this, offer solutions for product design that ensure integrity and feasibility.
- Source for new raw materials and evaluate their suitability.
- To explore new raw materials and source new suppliers to enhance product quality, reliability, pricing, continuity, and delivery.
- Collect dynamics of the raw material market and formulate specifications.
- Evaluate and investigate suppliers and engage in technical exchanges.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree (Major in Food Chemistry, Microbiology, Nutrition, and Hygiene)
- Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, self-motivated, results-oriented and target driven.
- Good command of both verbal and written English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
