Study Genie, a start up tuition agency based in Singapore, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of Study Genie's business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and partnerships, focusing on acquiring high-value accounts.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Collaborate with the marketing manager to develop effective strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting Study Genie's unique value proposition and solutions.
- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both Study Genie and its clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services to clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities to inform business development strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, sales metrics, and business development activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the education or services industry.
- Strong understanding of the Singaporean education landscape and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, resulting in revenue growth.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify market trends and develop effective strategies.
