The Talent Sourcing Manager will act as our employer's brand ambassador operating under our Talent Sourcing Hub and first point of contact with relevant talents in the market. In this role, the Talent Sourcing Manager will help (based on business needs) identify and engage with quality talent, building talent pipelines and talent pools to ultimately hire relevant talents across the Singtel Group.

Activities include:

- Create customized sourcing strategies based on need, aligning approach with the relevant Recruiter/People & Culture teams.
- Utilize various sourcing tools and direct sourcing methodologies to identify passive talent for defined functions.
- Conduct initial pre-screening conversations to assess fit.
- Create external talent pipelines for defined key positions within the Singtel Group. Pipelines require multiple 'ready now' talents. Keep pipelines warm, and develop relationships and engagement.
- Establish working relationships with the wider Talent Acquisition Team, People & Culture as well as a line managers to determine needs, introduce talent pipelines, refine searches and become trusted advisors to the business
- Keep informed of new talent sourcing technologies and tools, critically analyzing quality and relevance
- Provide talent market insight to recruiters and line managers (e.g. competitor hiring activity, market 'actual' remuneration, talent availability)
- Pilot innovations in virtual sourcing (knowledge of LinkedIn Talent Solutions is advantageous)
- Manage and meet certain KPIs and measurements to ensure the activities of the hub create value and impact to the business

This is a role that requires a high level of autonomy and self-motivation to establish the working practices and demonstrate the value of high-quality talent sourcing. You will directly report to the Senior Director, Strategic Talent Acquisition in Singapore where your position will also be based. - Degree in any discipline, and iHRP certification is a plus
- Minimum 8 years’ in-house and/or agency recruitment experience
- Worked with senior business leaders
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to promote and build a high-performance culture
