The Senior / Financial Analyst role is strategically positioned to step into the Finance Business Partner role for Southeast Asia (SEA), taking on full responsibility for the Profit and Loss (P&L) management in the region for Fast Growing Market. The role serves as a key liaison between finance and the broader business, ensuring effective financial planning and operational efficiency in SEA.

**What you will do**:

- Business Partnering: Achieve financial targets with business partner(s) by analyzing financial results; providing insights and ensuring compliance & integrity
- Performance Controlling: Implement and propose distributorship contracts ensuring all components are in line with company strategy, monitor distributors' performance in target fulfillment and review rebate/credit notes
- Pricing: Partner with sales team to execute pricing strategy across country/channel and maintain price list
- Management Reporting:

- Development of reports to support closing process, variance analysis, forecasting & Reporting
- Tracking, Forecasting & Reporting of CoGS (Direct and Indirect) and Operating Expenses
- Cash Flow: Management of Accounts Receivables process through shared services.

**What you bring**:

- Experience_
- 4-5 years of relevant experience (Accounting or Commercial Function)
- Experience in MNCs, Big 4 Experience is a plus but not necessary
- Proficient in using Excel
- Knowledgeable in Finance or Accounting.
- Personal competencies_
- Strong business acumen
- Attention to details.
