**Key Responsibilities Summary**
- **Design and deliver Microsoft 365 solutions** (SharePoint Online/On-Premise, Teams, Power Platform) based on business needs.
- **Develop workflows, forms, and dashboards** using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- **Customize and extend** M365 environments using out-of-the-box features or custom code (JavaScript,.NET, SPFx).
- **Administer and manage SharePoint sites**, permissions, content lifecycle, and M365 security settings.
- **Establish and enforce governance**, best practices, and compliance standards for M365 usage.
- **Support users and drive adoption** through documentation, training, and issue resolution.
- **Collaborate across IT and business units** to align M365 solutions with operational goals.
- **Mentor junior team members**, lead projects, and stay updated with Microsoft’s roadmap.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8 years of demonstrable experience in designing, developing, and managing Microsoft 365 environments, including SharePoint (both Online and On-Premise).
- Deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, infrastructure, and best practices, as well as broader M365 service knowledge.
- Proven experience with SharePoint development and customization utilizing out-of-the-box features, SharePoint Designer, Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and potentially custom code (e.g., JavaScript,.NET, SPFx).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and their integration (e.g., Teams, OneDrive, Exchange).
- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 security principles, user management, and permissions.
- Experience in planning and executing Microsoft 365 migrations and upgrades using relevant tools.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with governance and compliance frameworks related to Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with current versions of Sharepoint, and M365 services.
- Remote/Hybrid work expectations are: (Insert expectations here)
- Desired certifications, e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $8,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
