**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in structural engineering design and project management in Southeast Asia.
- Strong background in design and management of large-scale industrial facilities, warehouses, or data centers.
- Proficiency in structural scheme design, detailed construction design, and structural calculations for concrete and steel structures.
- Knowledge of underground engineering (e.g., geotechnical exploration, foundations, basement works).
- Familiarity with regional building codes, standards, approval processes, and construction techniques.
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills with the ability to thrive in an international, fast-paced environment.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in structural transformation and reinforcement projects.
