**What we're looking for**:
Support the credit operations function in the credit team at Zetl. As the company expands its product range and grows throughout the region, you’ll have great exposure to new markets and gain great experience in the fintech lending & payments sector

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the team through all stages of the customer relationship lifecycle, from initial onboarding, to servicing and repayment
- Assisting the credit team in loan book management, ensuring methodical processes around the collection and analysis of customer data
- Processing of loan related activities such as booking of loans in our loan management system, processing of payments and repayments, statement of accounts and other customer requests
- Ensuring documents submitted by app signups are correct and verified
- Reviewing loan schedules and ensuring timely repayments from customers

**Qualifications**:
➔ You’ve worked in a lending business before

➔ Previous experience in collections and/or repayments

➔ Previous experience in KYC and CDD

➔ You come from a fintech background and/or have experience in both small and large organizations

➔ Efficient with data entry and advanced at excel

➔ A Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or other relevant field of study; Master’s Degree or accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, or CA) is a plus
