**Job Description
The Field Service Engineer will work in partnership with the customer and management team to provide support on premises customer site. The primary focus of this position is to provide daily onsite technical support. The individual in this highly visible position must possess outstanding communication and troubleshooting skills, as well as the ability to prioritize information and support requests.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2-3 years’ experience in P/A position or Probe card field.
- Work both effectively with others in a team environment and independently with mínimal supervision and guidance.
- Familiar with Probe card or related field preferred.
- Has fluency in English, both written and spoken.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify issues and resolve them without direction.
- Escalate problems to higher-level technical support professionals when necessary.
- Collaborate and communicate with higher-level technical support until problems are fully resolved.
- Troubleshoot and repair.
- Be exceedingly flexible with scheduling and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Skilled at learning new concepts quickly, working well under pressure, and communicating ideas clearly and effectively.
- Reliable, self-motivated and consistently meets deadlines and is committed to quality work.
- Track all maintenance activity start to finish with proper documentation.
- Perform Planarity and Alignment that meet the requirements for each probe card include adjusting and alignment as needed
