We are looking for a motivated individual to join our fast-growing company.

**Job description**:

- Ensure all accounting tasks are carried out in accordance with financial compliance.
- Prepare journal entries and balance sheet schedules.
- Prepare quarterly GST reporting.
- Prepare monthly reimbursement report.
- Prepare bank payment transfers.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors to handle enquiries and discrepancies
- Key in invoices in accounting software.
- Support annual statutory audits, including liaising with auditors and preparation of financial statements.
- Manage monthly and yearly financial closing including accounts schedules.
- Prepare sales and expense reports and analysis.
- Liaise with outsourced HR on payroll and HR matters.

**Requirements**:

- Hold a diploma or degree in Accounting.
- Possess 4-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Meticulous and detailed.
- Able to multi-task.
- Possess strong operational management skills.
