We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Implementation Engineer working in a multi-discipline team to manage project for healthcare industries.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**

- Manage project scope and objectives, Influence, drive and manage stakeholders’ expectations to achieve the desired project deliverables
- Perform solution analysis, procurement, product selection, fit-gap and obtain approval.
- Ability to manage and execute projects based on industry best practice of Project Management Methodology
- Define, structure, plan, manage and report on assigned IT projects
- Responsible for the quality management of projects on time, scope and on budget
- Manage all risks and issues associated with the project escalating when required to minimize project risks
- Responsible for ensuring project resources availability and allocation are focused on delivery
- Manage vendors to ensure contractual obligations are met within the agreed Service Level Agreement
- Ensure all projects are delivered in compliant with IT policies, internal and external audit requirements
- Oversee equipment MDOTS compliance status during its lifecycle to plan for technology refresh or equipment replacement before product obsoleting
- Oversee health status and vulnerability of our medical equipment and servers

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology related to cybersecurity field with at least 7 years of healthcare or relevant experience; or
- Degree in Engineering with at least 10 years of experience in network security and/or system security and/or cybersecurity domain
- Experience with various security tools and products (Fortify, AppScan, Nessus etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively to different stakeholders with diverse backgrounds
- Vigilant and systematic in identifying cybersecurity risks and enjoys analysing and investigating such issue
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering high-impact, complex projects while managing risks
- Strong leadership skills and good team player, able to communicate well both verbally and in writing
- Familiar with cybersecurity standards, protocols and frameworks, and policy of MDOTS, HIM-ISP, etc
- Demonstrate strong technical foundation and willingness to learn new technology and approaches
- Required to be activated back on site to support cybersecurity and IT related incident management and investigation as necessary
