Factory Surpervisor

**JOB DESCRIPTION:

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform Control And Electrical Panel assembly work (drilling, mounting parts, wiring, testing, troubleshooting).
- Basic understanding on Electrical drawings/diagrams, electrical components.
- Keep track of stocks, maintain and take orders of basic components and accessories.
- Keep track and arrange delivery schedules and ensure given tasks are completed within the given timeframe.
- Ensure good housekeeping.
- Responsible for panel delivery management and site work preparation.
- Supervise the worker in factory; sometimes at construction site, to ensure safety and quality of works.
- Additional tasks given by Management

**Requirements**:

- ITE/Diploma in Engineering (or equivalent).
- Possess good technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Prior panel wiring experience required
- Well versed in AutoCad and MS Office/Excel
- Willing to work at night shift and public holiday when it's necessary
