**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Process Design & Optimization: Lead the design and continuous improvement of business processes to drive operational efficiency, enhance performance, and reduce costs where possible (including drafting of standard operating procedures and drawing process flows)
- Gap Analysis & Resolution: Proactively identify inefficiencies and process gaps in OPPC-related workflows across both headquarters and agencies, implementing corrective actions to streamline operations.
- Process Improvement & Automation: Continuously look out for opportunities to improve processes and work on automating key operational transactions to reduce manual efforts and enhance overall productivity.
- Systems Project Support & IT Coordination: Lead systems support for operational modules/systems and collaborate with the IT team and/or external vendors on requirement gathering, testing and effective completion of development of new systems/enhancements
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Own report generation, circulation and analysis for OPPC performance reports including but not limited to Agency KPIs, Terminal Velocity. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions in collaboration with OPPC teams and agencies
- Agility Support: Assist to consolidate the division’s agility initiatives
- Ad-Hoc Project Assistance: Drive various ad-hoc projects across different OPPC departments, including Liner Operations, Ports & Terminals, Special Cargo, and Dangerous Goods (DG), as needed, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional responsibilities as required to meet the evolving needs of the division.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure processes align with the organization's strategic objectives to support overall business goals.
- Change Management: Manage the adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies across OPPC departments.
- Process Monitoring and Performance Management: Develop and track KPIs to monitor process performance and ensure ongoing optimization.
- Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with key stakeholders to align processes with their needs and expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Recognized Degree preferably in Maritime or IT related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years working experience in Liner Shipping, preferably in areas related to operations; Marine Operations Systems product design experience (an advantage)
- Experience with Business process management, automation projects and/or Big data management (Power BI / Tableau)
- Self-driven, versatile Individual with strong Analytical mindset and good attention to detail
- Possess strong Communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Able to influence/lead discussions with stakeholders in achieving results.
- Able to multi-task and drive desired outcomes with tight timelines
- Proactive to anticipate and address potential process issues
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
