2 years exp **Roles & Responsibilities** The primary role of Inside Sales Executive is to support Outside Sales Management to grow business at Key and Assigned Accounts. This is a highly challenging support role in a dynamic and fast growing electronics industry. You will be guided by our team of experienced sales professionals. Your responsibilities: - Handle customer enquiries and RFQs - Order entry and confimation of delivery dates to customers - Monitor backlog and flag potential delinquent deliveries - Respond to weekly rescheduling on VMI - Handle customers shipment requests and expedites - Send weekly backlog/reschedule reports - Other duties as may be assigned to support sales, marketing and customer service Requirements: Minimum "A' Levels or Diploma Preferably 2 to 3 years working experience in Electronics industry Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Excel and Word Able to speak Mandarin is necessary to communicate with our customers located in China.
