**Job Overview**

The LPG Operator will carry out LPG physical and financial operations in line with trading activities and restrictions.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Review and/or drafting of contracts for new term / spot deals.
- Communicate with counterparts to ensure nominations are sent timely and ongoing cargo operations are carried out smoothly.
- Arrange counterparty registration and clearance with Group Treasury, and ensure credit security are adhered to.
- Timely preparation of cargo invoices and required documents for payment settlement.
- Handle post-cargo operations such as demurrage claims. Mitigate unforeseen costs arising from factors such as demurrage, off spec product etc.
- Paper swaps administration to ensure deals are updated internally, trade confirmations are sent correctly by brokers and checking of monthly broker's invoices.
- Feed market information to trading team.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma holder or higher.

**Experience**
- 3-5 years’ experience in trading operations preferably in LPG and Gas markets.

**Skills / Competencies**
- Team player able to collaborate efficiently and smoothly with other team members.
- Attention to detail, and taking ownership of key task.
- Strong inter-personal communication skills.
- Able to organize and prioritize and work on multiple projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Attention to details and numerate.
