**Overview**
The Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting the company’s marketing initiatives, including content, in-person events, webinars, digital marketing, sales and support tools, website support, and marketing operations. This position requires collaboration across departments and setting and managing project deadlines to deliver results. He or she will need to maintain a high-quality productivity level within a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**
- This role reports into the marketing team in North America and works closely with sales and the global marketing team.
- Contribute to the development, execution, and measurement of all marketing programs.
- Assist with digital marketing, print, and translation while maintaining brand tone and voice across all channels.
- Help plan and organize internal and external local marketing events, including logistics, promotion, and follow-up.
- Support the commercial team as needed and perform other related duties as assigned and required.
- Develop a strong understanding of regional market needs, in order to lead programs to support business growth.
- Comfort in utilizing all enterprise marketing technology and processes, including CRM.
- Explore opportunities to add value in your day-to-day duties. A creative thinker not afraid to try new ideas and drive them to completion.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent Mandarin/Chinese and English language and writing skills.
- Strong proficiency in systems and tools, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, CMS (WordPress preferred), CRM (Salesforce preferred), Pardot, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
Bachelor’s degree required, degree in Marketing, Business, or related preferred
- Must be able to multi-task, as an independent and team contributor, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong writing skills, applicable to varied formats, styles, and tones
- Exceptional organizational skills;the ability to successfully manage and navigate multiple projects at once, and exacting attention to detail
- A proactive “can do” demeanor - a history of taking initiative on tasks both strategic and routine with a sense of urgency
- Reliability, professionalism, and polish
- A genuine team player and relentless learner
