Senior Associate or Scientist, Mrna Production

**Responsibilities**:
1. Design the sequence, construct the template plasmid, perform the mRNA IVT, purification and QC.
2. Communicate internally for project needs and feedbacks, externally with CROs for supply of plasmid DNA, expression validation and other assays for evaluation of the mRNAs. Ensure quality and timing to meet project goals.
3. Develop and optimize the mRNA production process to achieve quality and production capacity goals.
Required Qualifications:
1. MS or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related fields with 3-5 years of industrial experience.
2. Familiar with analytical techniques such as qPCR, HPLC, LC-MS, agarose gel electrophoresis, western blots, dot blots, and capillary electrophoresis.
3. Experience with AKTA and automated liquid handling systems.
4. Excellent track record of scientific experiences as demonstrated by publications, patents, or awards.
