What You Can Expect- Manage day-to-day technical operations across multiple APAC offices, including Singapore, China, Taiwan, Japan, Vietnam, and Korea- Drive the integration and performance of FM partners, ensuring consistent service quality and operational alignment- Collaborate closely with the Workplace team to ensure seamless coordination across all sites- Build and manage an outsourced FM technical team to support delivery across the region- Lead and monitor KPI/SLA performance of FM vendors, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement- Oversee and maintain critical infrastructure, including Labs, server/network rooms, and specialized chambers and UPS systems, HVAC, air compressors, fire safety, and emergency backup systems- Implement BMS and LMS systems across all APAC sites and establish performance measurement protocols to monitor and optimize building operations- Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure uptime and asset reliability- Ensure audit readiness and compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and all statutory/local regulations- Develop and implement SOPs, escalation protocols, and governance processes for service standardization- Drive process control and operational discipline using digital dashboards and system reporting- Support budget planning, cost tracking, and vendor contract governance- Lead energy management, sustainability initiatives, and EHS compliance across sites- Support facilities setup, expansion, and transition projects aligned with business growth

What We're Looking For- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BEng) - preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering- 8-12 years of experience in Facilities Management, including multi-site technical leadership- Strong background in outsourced FM delivery models and partner integration- In-depth knowledge of technical infrastructure (BMS, LMS, HVAC, UPS, fire/life safety)- Experience managing ISO audits, EHS, and regional compliance- Solid understanding of budget control, cost tracking, and vendor contracts- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills- Proven ability to implement measurable improvements in FM operations- Familiarity with APAC FM regulations and operational nuances- Degree in Engineering or Facilities Management; FM certifications (FMP, IFMA, PMP) preferred- Demonstrates our GWS values: Accountability, Perseverance, Sincere Connection, and Delivery
