**Position Overview**:
**Main Responsibilities**:
**1. Creative Design and Content Creation**
- Develop and maintain the company’s brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.

**2. Brand and Campaign Support**
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team to support campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing goals.
- Assist in brainstorming, ideating, and planning for new campaigns and projects.
- Proofread and edit marketing assets for accuracy and quality.

**3. Project Management**
- Assist in managing timelines and deliverables for creative projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (if needed) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

**4. Reporting and Optimization**
- Track and measure the performance of creative assets to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in compiling monthly marketing reports.

**5. General Support**
- Handle ad-hoc duties as required to support the marketing team’s objectives.

**Job Requirements**:
**1. Qualifications**
- Diploma, Degree, or equivalent in Marketing, Design, or Communications

**2. Experience**
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on graphic design, copywriting, and branding
- Experience in using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proven track record in creating engaging marketing materials for digital platforms
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools is a plus

**3. Skills & Competencies**
- Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics
- Strong team player who can work independently when required.
- Project management skills to handle tight timelines and tasks effectively

**Reporting Structure**:

- Reports to: Head of Marketing
- Direct Reports: NA
