We recognize your performance in both tangible and intangible ways, by providing you development opportunities and making you feel respected. **The Opportunity** - As a proficient and experienced Technician/Technical Advisor, you will be handling the distribution and control on the issue of job cards to the workshop to optimize the existing resources while ensuring process compliance, high quality work and effectiveness - Monitor the progress of repair and service jobs effectively using the kanban framework and following up directly with the frontline and workshop team - You are required to work closely with customer service team in timely update of the job status to facilitate their communication with customers - Ensure that repair order estimates for additional repairs are forwarded in a timely manner to Service Advisors to gain approval for the repairs - Suggest and simplify optimal task sequencing or recommended diagnostic checks to Technician during job assignment involving complex Technical issues - Cooperate with technical team in monitoring the workflow and make adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency - Coordinate with QC Testers to perform final checks on vehicles before releasing to customers - Coordinate with appointed test driver with Service Advisor and customer - Your job requires timely update in the Kerridge system on the status of the issued and completed jobs - To ensure the accurate completion of all relevant documentation for each repair and the preparation of the required documents - Convert warranty labour line as and when necessary - Handle workshop team overtime and attendance records - You will also undertake additional related responsibilities as required such as administrative support in purchase order issuance and matching **Job Requirements** - Requirements: - A minimum qualification of Nitec / Higher Nitec in Automotive Technology or related - Preferably possess relevant experience in Automotive repairs and workflow in a service workshop environment. - Meticulous in numbers, with good interpersonal and communication skills - A phenomenal teammate with excellent organisational ability, detail oriented and self-motivated to work under pressure - If you can handle large team of operatives and ideally equipped with Kerridge system experience, that would be advantageous **About the Company** A member of the Jardine Cycle & Carriage Group, C&C is one of the leading automotive groups in Singapore.
