Management Trainee

Overseeing day-to-day operations of the stores and ensuring smooth operations.
- Ensure food items are prepared according to standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Monitoring inventory levels and restocking as needed to avoid shortages.
- Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling transactions efficiently.
- Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Managing inventory levels of food ingredients, packaging materials, and other supplies.
- Handling cash transactions accurately and securely.
- Supervising and training crew staff on food preparation, customer service, and safety procedures.
- Scheduling shifts and managing staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage.
- Providing feedback and coaching to improve employee performance.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations, including cleanliness standards and hygiene practices.
- Assisting with other tasks and duties as assigned by management

Pay: Up to $2,800.00 per month
