**Assistant Manager/Manager for **the Academy of Clinician Scientists and Innovators.**

This Assistant Manager/Manager role is responsible for planning and running of the Academy of Clinician Scientists and Innovators (“Academy”), a joint centre between Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) of Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and National Healthcare Group (NHG). It aims to develop and offer programmes to attract talents towards advancing their academic clinical careers. This Centre will contribute to the School’s mission to develop into an Academic Health System with our clinical partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the operation and function of the Academy
- Coordinate various training or mentorship programs the Academy
- Manage data relevant to the training and development of personnel in the Academy
- Manage and execute events (such as meetings, workshops, seminars, or gatherings) organized by the Academy
- Liaise with and engage related parties in activities related to the Academy
- Work closely with other colleagues, especially those in LKCMedicine and in NHG, relating to the running of the Academy
- Assist the School in preparing programme reports, including annual reports, mid-term reports, financial reports, or auditing reports

**Key Competencies**:

- Minimum 3 years of related experience in project management and implementation
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience working in the academic or healthcare sectors will be advantageous
