Customers Service Administrator

**Key responsibilities**:
- Co-ordinating the administration activities for Service Parts orders.
- Enquiry and checking of parts and availability, in SPC and main store.
- Responsible for coordinating activities to get quotation for new/obsolete parts from Purchasing, Vendors and Makino Part Distribution Center.
- Monitor and replenish Spindle parts inventories
- Prepare Quotation for service parts.
- Order processing of spare parts and co-ordinate with outward shipping for delivery.
- Ensure accurate update of parts into the system and issue Vendor cross reference to purchasing for non-existing parts.
- To assist & inform of inventory stock level in Service Parts Center.
- To support Technical Service with Warranty Parts Claims.
- To ensure proper filing and documentation of orders and quotations etc
- Co-ordinate with Finance on payment issues.
- Carry out duties in accordance with Quality Policy and EHS control procedures.
**Job requirements**:
- Diploma in business admin or manufacturing control or fresh Degree Graduate
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be computer literate with Administrative skills.
- Able to work over time and weekend due to urgent order, if necessary.
- Good and effective communication skills
