**Roles & Responsibilities**
**1) Customer Service**
- Liaise with customers and the operation team.
- communicate and arrange the jobs orders.
- Upkeep and perform system regularly.
**2) Administration**
- computer literate.
- Prepare debtors listing and send reminders for late payment.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor.
- multi-tasking. team players and able to work in fast pace
environment.
- photocopying and scanning of con-notes.
- check and verify job orders.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
**1) Qualifications**:
- GCE O or N level or Cert. in office skill.
- Experience: Prior customer service-related job experience is an advantage.
**2) Working hours**:
- 5 days a week (9.00 am to 6.30 pm
**3) Language abilities**:able to converse in English and Mandarin.
**4) Computer literacy skills**:MS Office
**5) Personalities**:Warm, positive, self-motivating, good organization skills, and interpersonal skills. A strong problem-solving team player.
**CAREER ADVANCEMENT**
In-house training will be provided.
Able to start work as soon as possible
