1、3年以上游戏服务器端框架、逻辑开发经验

2、熟悉nodejs、Linux 系统、shell脚本，熟悉mongodb或者mysql数据库、sql语言，能独立设计数据库结构，掌握备份、优化、合并方案

3、精通Java语言开发，JVM相关技术，多线程编程，对各种开源技术如Spring、Mybatis、Nginx、Netty、protobuf等有深入的了解

4、并具备应用实践经验;熟悉 netty/mima框架，或有过Socket网络编程经验，对HTTP协议有一定的理解，能编写高效、安全的多线程代码

5、对算法和数据结构以及基本概念有很好的掌握和理解，熟悉常用设计模式，有良好的编程风格及面向对象编程经验

6、具有一定的架构设计能力，能够根据需求，设计出承载一定量级的分布式架构

7、具备良好的编程习惯和代码规范，独立解决问题能力强，具备良好的团队合作精神，有较强的沟通、协作能力，可承受较大的工作压力
