Dell Cyber Engineering Group is currently looking for an experienced Software Engineer to fill the position in the Edge product.

Key Responsibilities:
You will:

- Work closely with Product managers and Architects to cover Cyber Security compliance requirements for state-of-the-art Dell Technologies.
- Manage, coordinate, and facilitate security and compliance requirements to ensure that product meets regulatory and contractual requirements and compliance risks are managed.
- Partner closely with Development team for security, risk, and compliance functions to help them navigate the journey to Edge usage.
- Draft and promote infrastructure solutions specific to public sector.
- Contribute to the identification of industry related security and compliance design, development, and deployment friction points from the customers’ perspective and collaborate across multiple functions

Essential Requirements
- 8 years of relevant industry proven experience. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cyber Security, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Important Cyber security knowledge. GRC - Governance Risk Compliance, familiarity with the security frameworks: NIST, STIG, CIS, HIPAA, etc.
- Experience translating regulatory requirements into operational and technical control objectives. System architecture and design skills. knows how to express himself through UML diagrams and to read UML diagrams.
- Moderate scripting skills (python, Perl, go, etc.). Familiarity with Cryptography and identity/access management. Basic cloud infrastructure understanding.
- Good autodetecting abilities and self-motivated and Agility to adapt to technologies and processes quickly.

Desirable Requirements
- Familiarity with SDLC (Secure Development Life Cycle) process, OOP (Object Oriented Programing), modern microservices, container orchestration systems (Docker, Kubernetes), network security, data protection and MITTRE ATTACK matrix.
- Knowledge and understanding in using security tools for investigation, testing and assessment is a plus.
