Job Profile Summary:
The Customer Experience team in Prudential plays a key role in creating outstanding experiences for our customers.
To excel in this role, you will need to work with various stakeholders and be involved in initiatives to understand the products/ services/ propositions/ detailed mechanics and how these would impact our customers. Your role includes drafting and reviewing our communications to customers, including scripts and FAQs used by our frontliners. To ensure proper risk controls, you will work with compliance to ensure our communications align with guidelines set out by MAS and other related authorities.
Job Profile Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting in the development and implementation of the holistic Company customer and digital strategy and roadmaps. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to Head, Customer Experience and work closely with internal stakeholders to align the customer experience strategy within the organisation with the right infrastructure support.
**Job Description**:
- Provide administrative support to segments activities
- Assist in the development of agents segment personalized sales materials
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders and support customer surveys
- Assist in the development of marketing & communications materials
- Liaise with internal and external vendors and internal stakeholders and support customer surveys
- Assist in the development of marketing & communications materials
- Liaise with internal and external vendors to prepare monthly marketing mailers to targeted customers
- Assist in fulfilment of customers’ gift for online customer community
- Assist in system testing for new products launches loyalty programme discount

Working Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing
Education
- Degree in mass communications or Business or related fields of study
