Job Descriptions:

- Conduct physical and chemical tests on incoming, in-process materials, and finished products according to Pharmacopoeia (USP / EP / BP).
- Perform testing using GC, UV-Vis, Polarimeter etc., and document results accordingly.
- Calibrate laboratory equipment.
- Control inventory of chemicals and laboratory consumables.
- Assist in method setup and conduct analytical method validation.
- Assist in conducting Out-Of-Specification investigations.
- Purchase chemicals and laboratory consumables.
- Maintain 5S in the laboratory.
- Review document and analyse trends with a statistical approach (SQC/SPC).
- Maintain and improve laboratory operations.
- Support audits, complaints, CAPA, new product development, and other quality functions. Attend to any urgent or ad hoc lab-related matters assigned by HOD / Quality Manager.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science or a related discipline.
- Working knowledge of GLP, GMP and ISO.
- Having 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience in GC and GMP lab operations will be an advantage.
- Able to maintain highest quality standard all the times.
- Able to maintain good turnaround time (TAT) and on-time delivery (OTD).
- Meticulous with excellent analytical skills.
- Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and independent.
