We are starting the decommissioning of our Kondor Plus trading platform for our Treasury business to transfer this activity to our main front office target platform (Orchestrade or OT). Orchestrade is already implemented for a large list of assets and business lines.

The DeKOT project (decommissioning of Kondor+ to migrate into Orchestrade) will migrate our worldwide cross asset treasury platform (all products) booked in several instances of Kondor Plus. We are creating a team in Singapore to take in charge some part of the project (e.g. In-bound and out-bound flows of the platform for various systems or modules, API...). Performance and latency of those interfaces will be key for the success of the project.

With strong interactions with our Paris Head office team, the business analyst - QA would work with the first team members and development team based in Asia in Singapore, our IT treasury team, business stakeholders in the region and our head office teams. The team will be fully allocated to this project and will be part of a multi sites project team.

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst with QA skills to join our dynamic Capital Market Department

As a Business Analyst and QA, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders from both your IT Division and aligned Filière to define, document, and translate business requirements into actionable software specifications. You will be a key advocate for business value, ensuring that our software solutions meet the needs of our users and contribute to the overall success of our operations.

Capital Markets IT involves technology solutions and systems used in financial markets for trading, investment, and related activities. This includes electronic trading platforms, risk management systems, market risk, counterparty risk, algorithmic trading, data analytics, and Regulatory measures. The use of advanced technologies like API's, artificial intelligence and cloud solutions are also becoming increasingly prevalent in capital markets to enhance efficiency and decision-making processes.

**Responsibilities**:
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from various stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and objectives.

Work with the Product Owner (PO) to prioritize requirements and decompose them into detailed user stories, ensuring a clear roadmap for development.

Translate requirements into comprehensive functional specifications, including detailed descriptions of user interactions, data flows, and system behavior.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure that the software design aligns with the functional specifications and meets the defined requirements.

Provide functional expertise to the development team, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the business processes and user needs.

Research existing solutions, both internal and external, to determine if they can be leveraged to meet the business requirements.

Understand technical constraints and participate in software design discussions, ensuring that the solution is feasible and aligns with the overall system architecture.

Ensure the functional quality of the software, including participation in functional testing and providing functional support during production.

Analyze the impact of functional changes on current production Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).

Contribute to Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) activities by providing user scenarios and supporting functional testing efforts.

Contribute to deployment activities by providing functional pre-requisites and performing post-deployment checks.

Support team members in their functional activities, train new joiners, and help resolve functional issues.

Ensure the seamless integration of the software into the existing IT infrastructure, collaborating closely with the Functional Architect.
