Applicants must be able to draft (AutoCad) layout plans, elevations, sections and details. Update drawings based on site measurements.
- Applicants must be able to take sketches from senior designers and draft it into 2D drawings or 3D models.
- Able to assist and support senior designers to produce quality work documentation which includes tender, construction drawings.
- Able to assist and support senior designers to prepare design presentations (Powerpoint/Adobe Indesign).
- Able to work independently, efficiently and communicate with senior designers and other team members
- Able to multitask between projects and maintain server project folders neatly
- Able to attend client meetings and site meetings with team members

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of Interior Architectural project phases, drafting for residential and hospitality projects (from small to big scale sized projects).
- At least 2 years working experience in drafting and documentation with a portfolio sample to showcase upon interview.
- Proficient with AutoCAD, 3D max, SketchUp with Enscape/Vray extension, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign softwares.

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
