We are looking for a Teppanyaki Chef to join our passionate and vibrant team.

- Relevant Experience in Teppanyaki is required.
- Uniforms will be provided.
- Service-oriented, self-driven, outgoing personality & good communication skills.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly & enjoyable working environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of all food and beverage production and presentation of high quality cuisine at Teppanyaki Counter.
- Make recipes and maintain up-dated and accurate costing of all dishes prepared and sold to obtain maximum profit.
- Prepare new menus.
- Hold daily meetings with the Sous-Chefs and Chefs de Parties to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure that all stocks are ordered to the correct quantities, quality and price.
- Develop and maintain up-dated operations manuals for all food production and stewarding sections.
- Participate in the preparation of revenue plan and marketing programs.
- Monitor local competitors and compare their operations with the Restaurant’s Food and Beverage operation.
- Responsible for the hygiene / food safety.
- Engage in skill training for cooks.
- Attend to Diners’ complaints and feedback, if any.
