As the continuous growth of business, we are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to strengthen the data analysis capabilities in the region.

**Responsibilities**:
Based in Singapore, you will support regional product team to develop commercial strategy with timely analysis and decision-making. The daily responsibilities include:

- Provide end-to-end data analysis supports new products or new operation initiatives from conceptualization (including market research and profitability analysis) to execution (project planning, go to market, tracking and monitoring project performance, progress, profitability and ROI).
- Monitor key loan portfolio and performance metrics by using analytical tools.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools, e.g. Power BI and Tableau.
- Customize dashboards to meet the specific requirements of different business units and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans that align with the company’s goals and objectives. (e.g. Expansion planning, budgeting, optimization of marketing, operations and sales strategy)

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analyst or a related field.
- With 1 to 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis techniques and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and querying relational databases.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and manipulation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work across diverse teams.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business requirements.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, data modelling, and data mining techniques.
