**Job Summary
Transformation Office
- Co-lead the transformation program management including ensuring oversight of all work-streams and maintaining direction and appropriate pace.
- Manage organisational risks in respect of the transformation program.
- Build relationship and networks with senior stakeholders across the organisation, providing support and challenge to business segment, facilitating sessions as appropriate. Support the change management activities with senior management and employees.
Internal Audit
- Responsible for the delivery of audits including to lead and be accountable for the planning, execution and reporting of risk based operational, financial, function and process audits.
- Identify the root causes in audit findings and investigate, analyse, and recommend practical solutions to prevent recurrence. Support alleged fraud and whistle-blowing investigations, especially complex and sensitive investigations involving higher-level management.
Corporate Liaison
- Corporate liaisons for the Japanese expatriates in the Region. Providing administrative support for Japanese expats and seeing to the various process from arrival and return to Japan HQ.
- Provide MD support for various personnel measures (target interviews, promotions, assessments, etc.). Responsible for developing human resources in the company, improving morale, and creating an efficient and strong organization with effective governance.
- Assist Regional Managing Director to identify gaps within the organisation’s Corporate function and execute follow up actions when required.
- Understand the expectations of Japan HQ and business divisions, and thoroughly convey them to region office in an easy-to-understand manner to meet their expectations. Report to Japan HQ and propose remediation if non-compliance found.
**Job Requirement**
- Degree holder
- 5 - 8 years’ working experience.
- Experience with project management, managing competing priorities and managing to tight timelines.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Japanese is essential, as this role requires interacting with Japan HQ.
- Good understanding of the region countries’ employment permit regulations.
- Able to support special audits or investigations, including due-diligence work, post-acquisition reviews and fraud investigations.
- Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships throughout the organization.
- Able to gather, analyze and evaluate facts, and prepare and present concise oral and written reports.
- Occasional Travel maybe needed (Mostly across South East Asia).
