**Client Servicing**: Serving as a point of contact between clients and teams - managing and negotiating with clients, agencies and KOLs to ensure needs and KPIs are met within campaign budget
- **Timeline Management**:Creating long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and adjusting schedules when necessary
- **Task Delegation**:Assigning project tasks to internal members best positioned to complete them and ensure delivery
- **Budget Management**: Setting budgets, estimating costs and controlling spending to keep within clients’ constraints
- **Campaign Ideation**: Assist in ideating campaign strategies to drive optimum campaign results alongside internal teams
- **Quality Control**:Making effective decisions and performing quality control to keep the project aligned with clients’ goals
- **Social**:Support in securing suitable influencers and/or collaborators and content plans that drives visibility for clients’ campaigns and messages
- **New Business**:Actively participate in new business proposals and pitches
- **Event Management**: Work closely with internal teams to propose Public Relations events and engagements, on-site hosting support when necessary
- **Campaign Reporting**:Assist the compilation of coverage garnered with post campaign analysis

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
