Asst. Underwriter

Execute the company's underwriting strategy for Commercial Lines of Business, including Property and Casualty and Surety Bonds. Underwrite General Insurance business in line with the company's underwriting guidelines and treaty terms.
- Maintain underwriting discipline and conduct risk assessments for Commercial Lines products to ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the Distribution & Marketing team to ensure service delivery and production targets are achieved. Support new product launches and corporate initiatives by establishing suitable underwriting guidelines for these initiatives.
- Assist with the monthly renewal review for non-motor lines, securing necessary approvals before issuing renewal notices. Submit regular risk and portfolio review reports (including post-claims underwriting) and other reports for management.

**Requirements**:

- At least a diploma in Accounting or Business Administration with Diploma in General Insurance or ACII
- Over 3 years of experience in non-motor insurance
