Roles & Responsibilities

Accounts:

- Provide Accounting/bookkeeping and administrative support
- Data entry, filing and documentation
- Checking, verifying, and processing staff expense claims
- Invoice matching
- Provide support in monthly bank reconciliation
- Preparation of GST report
- Deposit a cheque at bank
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Admin:

- General administrative work, include but not limited to:

- Greet & assist visitors to office, answering of phone calls
- Collecting/posting mail, organising courier
- Scanning, binding, sorting & filing of documents, correspondence, and contracts
- Hotel, travel arrangement booking for guests
- Order/purchase office supplies
- Book meeting room, manage visitor registration & visitor parking permit
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
Must have
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in similar role
- Diploma or Degree holder in Accountancy or related field
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skill
- Strong attention to detail
- Possess a positive working attitude
- Willingness to learn

Good to have
- Japanese language skill is highly advantageous, as the work requires communication with HQ in Japan

Additional Information:

- Location: Brand new & modern building at Changi Business Park. Transport provided from Tanah Merah MRT and Expo MRT
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Medical reimbursement (up to S$500.00 per calendar year) except dental care/treatment
- Annual Health screening reimbursement (up to S$500.00 per calendar year)
