Founded in 2011, Coda Payments helps digital content providers monetize their products and services in more than 50 markets. Publishers of leading games like Moonton (Mobile Legends: Bang Bang), Garena (Free Fire) and Tencent (PUBG Mobile), streaming platforms like beIN and Bigo Live, apps like Tinder, and video-on-demand platforms like Viu have integrated with Coda Payments to accept payments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Formulate Coda’s strategy with regards to the digital content publisher and payment method operator partnerships.
- Oversee the teams that establish and manage partnerships with payments companies, video-publishers and providers of other digital services to distribute digital gaming products to their users
- Be a member of Coda’s Executive Committee and contribute to key strategic decisions made
- Work closely with all other functions to maintain Coda’s company culture, to ensure we continue to expand at pace and ensure the success of Coda globally
- Seek and identify key areas for improvement across Coda’s business to improve Coda’s offering to publishers and users alike

**Requirements**:

- At least 15 years in sales or business development leadership roles; strong knowledge of gaming and e-commerce industry is preferred.
- Experience building a professional sales organisation within a SAAS or similar company
- Broad international experience
- Competent and experienced in all facets of business from business development, marketing, regulatory and legal aspects, product development and finance
- Fluency in English
- A track record of coaching larger teams to high effectiveness
- Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
